Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal Contact us before the withdrawal period expires by email at gazziljonaren@gmail.com . Please include your name, address, order number, and the items you wish to return. You may also use the EU's standard withdrawal form.
Returning Items Please return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You pay for the return shipping costs and additional fees.
Refund We will refund the full amount, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof that you have sent the items back. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed hygiene products whose seal has been broken after delivery
- Digital content that you have started downloading or streaming
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
